Hi! Welcome to the world through my camera lens.

I am a retired banker with a serious yearning to spend the rest of my days photographing the world, well a good portion of it anyway. In the past few years my wife and I have traveled widely in the United States, Canada, and abroad. In the course of our travels I pursue my avocation. I focus on landscapes, wildlife, and nature subjects, and on occasion architectural subjects... anything really that piques my interest. The images here come from nearly every corner of North America. Although this site holds but a fraction of my overall portfolio I think it represents a cross section of what I'm about. Five major new portfolios have been added, Canyon Country, images of the Colorado Plateau, The Sea, Country Roads, and Redwood Forest. Other portfolios have been here for sometime butI still like them...so they remain.
